COVID-19: How it affects our customers, online and at Hanson Street

To all our customers,

Thank you for all the support you have shown to us during this pandemic. Both myself and Miranda are healthy (or, should I say, asymptomatic!). We have been under self-imposed house arrest, so to speak, since we closed for business at Hanson Street on Tuesday 17th March.

Since then, we have been working from home, polishing up v.1.0 of Alex Coffee's online store. We are ecstatic to announce that we are launching it today! At present, we are only selling coffee in whole beans - please see our shipping page for more details. We aim to get your coffee to you the next day (excluding Sundays) and, in any event, no later than the day after.

Having said that, it is possible that your order could arrive later, given the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. At the time of writing, Royal Mail is open for business as usual, so all orders should arrive without delay. For more information directly from Royal Mail, see their updates here
