Alex Coffee takes its, and its customers', rights to privacy very seriously. We have a 'privacy-first' philosophy when handling customers' data. This means we will never share with third parties any of our customers' details, unless to the extent that it is necessary for the basic functioning of our webstore (e.g. processing orders).

Alex Coffee is a small business that strives to create and foster relationships with its customers that are highly personal by nature. As part of our personalised service, we may provide individual customers with our own personal details (i.e. information that does not appear on the webstore), e.g. Alex's mobile number, from time to time.
