Shipping policy

Alex Coffee is shipped in industry-leading packaging, in terms of both its environmental credentials AND the protection it provides to the delicious coffee within it. Both the envelope and vacuum pouch are recyclable, biodegradable, compostable and with the lowest possible carbon footprint (the envelope comes from a carbon-neutral factory).

Our online products are also available from our physical store at 1, Hanson Street, London W1W 6TA. You can also purchase ground coffee in store.

DISPATCH

All coffee orders will be dispatched no later than the next working day.

All coffee orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DPD. This service aims to deliver the next working day (except for Tracked48), including Saturdays, and includes compensation cover up to £20. For more information visit
